RETURN POLICY:
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. Any product purchased from East Wind Games that you are not completely satisfied with, may be returned for a full refund or exchange of purchase. All returned orders must have a Return Authorization (RA) number to receive full credit. Orders returned after 30 days or without an RA are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may result in a delayed refund or exchange.
Return Procedures: To return a product:
1. Email us at returns@eastwindgames.com for an RA number within 30 days of the original ship date. Please provide the following information when requesting an RA: Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package), reason for return, your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in case we need to call you back about your return.
2. All orders returned must have an RA number to receive credit.
3. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the standards for return (see above), including fully resalable condition.
4. Return the merchandise via UPS, or United States Postal Service, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of RA issuance. Returns received after 15 days of RA issuance may be returned to the customer. Customer will receive credit for returned shipping charges if product is returned because of a defect. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for orders returned because of an error in ordering, or for unwanted products. Products returned, but un-received by East Wind Games are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a traceable and insured shipping method for your own protection.
5. Clearly print RA number on package.
